Of course you can write code on your phone. You can write code on the iPad. You can write code on Raspberry Pi. You can write code on second hand laptop. You can write code on maxed out PC Rig. You can even write code on paper. Only commitment and consistency paves the way of the elderic and young coders.

But the catch is your tools have to be better for what you do. They have to be your weapons. You can't build a car with sticks and stones. Yes you might have A14 equipped iPhone but please, even if you have the whole quantum computer never code on a small screen.

Learn the operation systems. Learn how the chips work. Learn how each pixels light up. Learn how the signals on both ends of a fiber cable communicate. Learn how the electrons dance in the fine grain sand infused by the thunder from your power supply. Learn how the bits and bytes flip the switches on your board. Infinite possibilities always async/awaits you.

Last thing: keep your health checked. Never compromise your eyes with small screens. Health, always, comes, first.

That’s the only one thing we don’t tolerate here.
